  • Unopened/unused items/services may be exchanged only for other merchandise/service or salon credit within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original receipt.

  • All the promotional vouchers are valid only for the option purchased.

  • 24hr cancellation notice required. $50 fee will apply if less then 24 hr cancellation.

  • No Show for the appointment will terminate the promotional value.

  • Promotional value expires after the date shown in the voucher.

  • Unused portion of the voucher will be accepted towards full price service.

  • Late arrival will affect the service length.

  • Promotional vouchers may be used by new clients only. Clients are solely responsible for the quantity of purchased vouchers.

  • Promotional packages may not be split and must be used by one person only.

  • Promotional deals can not be combined with any other offers or its cost cannot be applied toward other promotions.
